This site contains the complete Asia-Europe Vision Group Report (a download as a MS Word 97 file is possible). 26 scholars, diplomats, and politicians from Asia and Europe drafted the report, which was presented to the ASEM leaders in 1999. It gives a vision on future relations between the continents in the fields of politics, economic and security co-operation, environment, education, and culture.
